Check in
All Players and Officials are required to check-in at the Tournament Office in the Kahuna squash & badminton, where they will be provided with tournament info packs, Championships badge etc.
Accommodation
Accommodation provided by the organizers will be in Warsaw Apartments (Augustówka 9, telephone: +48 22 550 45 70) . Breakfasts will be offered in the Hotel.
Tournament Control
The Tournament Office is situated in the Club's beetween the main squash court.
Telephone: + 48 22 858 74 74. The Tournament Office will be open daily between 08:30- 19:30. The official Tournament Clock will be in the Tournament Office in the Kahuna squash&badminton.
Changing Facilities and Kit Bags
Lockers are situated at the Kahuna reception. As the number of lockers is limited we kindly ask You to share the lockers with Your team members. Please keep the Kahuna, and in particular the changing areas, in a clean and tidy state. If you have any complaints or suggestions please direct them through the Kahuna Reception. One badminton court will be made available for storing the kit bags. It is important that only the players can lay their bags near the courts.
Catering
Breakfasts will be offered in the Hotel. There will be catering room in Kahuna squash&badminton where lunch will be served from 13:00 – 15:00 and dinner will be served from 18:00 – 20:00.
Security
The staff and volunteers at Kahuna squash&badminton and the personnel from PFS and ESF accept no responsibility for any personal belongings of visitors. We advise that all personal belongings are kept on your person. Alternatively, please make use of the lockers in each of the changing rooms.
Racket Stringing
The Kahuna proshop will be open between 08:00 and 22:00 offering a full selection of shoes, grips and other accessories. A full stringing will be offered during a day . Please leave the racket at the Kahuna reception with a name tag. Price for service: 25 PLN + strings (30 - 55PLN). Shopping The Kahuna and Hotel are 3 kilometers from the Sadyba Best Mall Shoping Centre with an excellent range of shops for anything you need (open: 10:00 – 21:00 ).
Banking & Currency Exchange
The nearest bank office and currency exchange (Multibank) is in the ITI. More information in Hotel reception. The Kahuna will not offer any exchange services and all payments in the club have to be made only in cash in Polish Zloty. In all shops and pubs credit cards are accepted. Still you need Polish Zloty for taxi and one fare in the City Centre costs about 30 PLN (7 EUR).
Entertainment
A vast number of pubs, cafes, restaurants and night-clubs can be found in the center of the town. The easiest way to make a choice is to visit the website www.warsaw-life.com . Organizers are not concerned about the security in these institutions as long as You act relevantly.
Internet & Communications
Both, the Hotel and the Kahuna, have wireless internet connections. Both are free of charge. For making local phone calls ask the Club Reception.

Interviews
Players I teams may be required to give interviews in the Kahuna reception area or elsewhere before or on completion of their matches. All reasonable requests for interviews should be accepted.
1 st Aid and Medical Matters
If you require assistance please seek this through the Kahuna Reception. In emergency cases 112 should be called immediately. There are several hospitals in the neighborhood of the Kahuna providing emergency first aid. The nearest drug store is in the Sadyba Best Mall.
Final Day
13:00 - 15:00 final women matches
16:00 – 19:00 final men matches
19:00 – 19:30 price ceremony and speeches
Teams (Players) wishing to make a speech/presentation should inform the Championships Director in advance.
19:30 – 21:30 banquet at Kahuna.
21:30 buses take all players from Kahuna straight to the Capitol Club for final party!!!
22:00 Party at Capitol
Partygoers will have to take a taxi to go back to hotels (cost approx: 40 PLN).
IMPORTANT: You can't leave your bags in Kahuna. You HAVE TO account for all things in the reception (like drinks, food, racket stringing, keys) before you take part the banquet.
